FAQ

How do I check my loyalty points balance?

Each time you shop online or in-store, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance.

You can also check your balance and rewards anytime here, or by clicking the 'Check Rewards' tab on any page of our website.

How do I claim my reward?

Via email: When you unlock a reward, you will receive an email. Click the link in the email to claim your reward.

Via the website: Click the 'Check Rewards' tab on the website to access your loyalty profile and redeem rewards.

How do I use my reward code?

Once you claim your reward, you will receive an email with a unique reward coupon. During checkout, copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click 'Apply'.

Please note, you can only use one coupon code per order.

In-store: To redeem your reward in-store, just let one of our staff know and they will be happy to help.

Terms and conditions

Mino Dance reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.

Coupons can only be redeemed once.

If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase.

If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

If no purchase has been made within a year all points will expire. To keep your points, all you need to do is purchase any item or redeem any discount codes. Don’t worry, we will notify you 30 days prior to your points expiring

You cannot earn points off shipping.

You cannot earn points off the sale of gift cards.

Must have an active email address to sign up to earn points.

Points are only accrued off full item price only – discounted items do not accrue loyalty points
